🎹 Pipe Organ

Air through pipes can make music.

Hartland Music Hall was built in 1858 as a church and later became a music hall.

Its Kilgen pipe organ caught Henry Ford’s eye, but owner J. Robert Crouse Sr. would not sell it.

It became an official Michigan historic site in 1979. A pipe organ makes sound when air moves through pipes of different sizes.
