A schoolhouse from 1882 still stands at the fairgrounds.
Livingston Centre Historical Village is on the Fowlerville fairgrounds.
The buildings include the 1882 Coughran School House.
There is also an 1872 Pere Marquette depot that came from Howell. In a one-room school, kids of many ages learned together.
